How can we keep mental health stable?

 Now we are surviving in VUCA era (Volatility・Uncertainty・Complexity・Ambiguity), which makes us stressful. As a matter of fact, people having mental instability are increasing, according to the Ministry of Health, Labor, and Welfare. Under the situation, the words “Mental health” and “Mindfulness” are getting attention.

One possible way to control our mind other than them is socializing, but it is sometimes difficult under the COVID-19 pandemic. For this reason, we must have multiple ways to stabilize our mental health.

I hope that this discussion helps you come up with some ideas to control your mental health.
