≪FIRST HALF≫
What’s attractive appliance for you?

Of course, everyone uses appliances everyday because they are very useful.
And a lot of appliance manufacturers make amazing products every season. They are changing very quickly so cutting-edge ones are completely different from the ones of 10 years ago.
A while ago, Japanese appliances were very popular in the world. But now they are not so much because of manufacturers in other countries. (especially China and South Korea)
I’m sure that you have many experiences and opinions about appliances. Please share them with your group member.

Q1: What’s your favorite appliance you use now? Why?
Q2: What appliance do you want to buy if you have enough money?
Q3: Please share the appliances which surprise you recently by function, design, concept and so on.
Q4: What factor is the most important for you when you buy appliance? (price, function, design, brand …)
Q5: What is your impression of Japanese appliances? How about ones of other countries? (especially China and South Korea)
Q6: What kind of function will cutting-edge appliances have 10 years later?
Q7: If you are appliances designer, what kind of appliances do you want to design? Please explain function and concept and so on.

sharing economyをテーマにマテリアル検討中に、timeticketという日本のサービスを知って興味を持ち、このタイトルにしました。timeticketは個人の時間のshareに関するサービスで、コンセプトは「わたしの30分、売りはじめます」です。
チケット販売者は30分で相手に伝える内容を決め、値段をつけます。これがticketとなり、売り出されます。あなたのスキルや経験を知りたいユーザーがticketを購入したら、実際に会う/Skypeなどで内容を伝えるという流れです。
E’s clubには様々な知識をお持ちの方がいらっしゃいます。皆さんがどんなticketを作るのか興味があり、今回のマテリアルを作成しました。
Sub Question Q1-Q6で各人にticketを作成していただき、その値段を設定してもらいます。この経験を通じ、Main Questionの答えを各々ワークショップの後も含めて考えてみてください。

More often than not, we have talents that are so intrinsical that we don’t even realize that they are skills. Let’s define your skills and strengths from your self-introduction once and have an experience to price them.

Can we make money from your talents and skills?

[Sub Question]: total 65 minutes
(19:10-19:15)
Material description.

(19:15-19:25)
Q1. A little longer self-introduction. Your Name, Job explanation, specialty, hobby and so on. Then, let each member give at least one of your strengths/keywords.
*Please remember it until Q3.
*Each member has each strength/keyword.

(19:25-19:30)
Q2. Choose one category from “timetickets” for each person, and tell the reason you choose it.
– Money / Sidejob
– Love / Marriage
– Business / Career
– Planning / Ideas
– Photo / Camera
– Free-talk

(19:30-19:50, 3-4 minutes per member)
Q3. Please make each member’s ticket combining your strength/keywords at Q1 and category you choose at Q2.
*Ticket price will be fixed at Q4.

ex)
– The former H.I.S. employees will consider a travel plan together. (1,800 yen)
– I will teach you how to write a marriage profile to raise the matching rate. (3,000 yen)
– Even beginners understand how to save miles that can go around the world. (4,500 yen)
– I will offer you the connections that lead to business! (4,500 yen)
– A fashionable cafe tour. Let’s take photogenic pictures. (6,300 yen)
– I will consider several naming schemes that seem to be thinking “That’s it!”. (13,200 yen)

(19:50-20:00, 5 minutes * 2)
Q4. (Role-Playing) Please work in pairs. Please negotiate and fix ticket price of 30 minutes.
– Role [A] try to sell ticket to Role [B]. At first, role [A] tell initial ticket price, then try to keep the ticket price high by improving the ticket contents on demand from Role [B]. Please set the initial price 10,000 yen and more.
– Role [B] try to get a discount unless the price is not reasonable. Please ask Role [A] the contents of the ticket and negotiate the price.
* Role change when the price is fixed.

(20:00-20:10)
Q5. Please share the ticket price and choose the highest ticket in your group.

*If you have time left until 20:10, please share your impressions of sharing your time. Was it difficult or easy? Why? Then please consider the answer against question, “Can we make money from your talents and skills?”.

(20:10-20:15)
Q6. Please announce the highest ticket to all member. (3-4 groups at random)
*Please include not only category, strength/keyword, price, but also whether or not the ticket is offered for free in today’s party.
