Looking Back, Moving Forward – Your 2025 Story
As 2025 comes to an end, it’s a natural moment to pause and reflect. At the beginning of the year, many of us set personal goals or resolutions—perhaps to improve our health, learn something new, travel more, or pursue a meaningful change in our careers or relationships. Some plans unfolded smoothly, while others shifted or quietly disappeared.
With only two weeks left in this year, it is a good time to look back on what shaped our 2025: the good moments, the challenges, the unexpected changes, and lessons we learned along the way. Even if our original goals didn’t go exactly as imagined, reflection helps us see how much we grew and what mattered most.
The middle of December is also a good opportunity to think about how we want to spend the last part of the year. Two weeks may not be long, but it can still be enough time to do something meaningful, finish a small project, reconnect with friends, or even start a new habit.
In this session, we’ll share stories from our 2025—what we planned, what actually happened, and what we discovered about ourselves in the process. Then, we’ll reflect on how we want to spend the final stretch of the year before welcoming 2026.
