Company’s custom

St. Valentine’s Day is coming in two weeks! There are a wide variety of chocolates in stores, and it makes many women (including me) happy. According to an article, the objective of buying chocolate has been changed from giving co-workers as a sign of thanks to treating themselves. Fortunately, the company which I work for does not have the customs of obligatory chocolate. Therefore, the article made me relieved because the chocolate custom should be abrogated in my opinion. However, it is just the tip of the iceberg. Thus, I would like you to consider the company’s customs which we should abolish or change through this discussion.

1. How do you feel about obligatory chocolate?

2. What do you think about buying chocolates for treating themselves instead of obligatory chocolate?

3. What kind of company’s custom would you like to change or abolish? Please explain the reasons. Please share your group’s opinion after the discussion.
