≪FIRST HALF≫

Friends – Quality or Quantity?

When we are students, making friends often happens naturally through school, clubs, or daily activities. As adults, however, many people find it more difficult to meet new people and build meaningful relationships. At the same time, social media and new technologies have changed the way we communicate. Some people have many friends, while others prefer a few close relationships.What makes a good friendship, and how are friendships changing today?

<Questions>

Q1. Do you think making friends becomes harder after leaving school? Why or why not?
 – If so, what are the biggest obstacles to making new friends as an adult?
 – If not, how did you meet them?

Q2. Have social media made friendships better or worse? What are the advantages and the disadvantages of keeping friendships through social media?

Q3. Which is more important: friends who are similar to you or friends who are different from you? And which type of friendship tends to last longer?

Q4.  Do you think AI can become a good friend? Why or why not?

Q5. (Optional question) If you had to choose one, which would you prefer?
 – (A) 100 casual friends
 – (B) 3 close friends you can trust completely

The Boundaries of Sharing in the Workplace

What is the acceptable limit for sharing our ‘authentic daily lives’ on social media?

<Questions>

Q1. Where do you draw the line? (Icebreaking & Baseline)
“What specific types of workplace photos do you think are acceptable to post on social media, and which ones are strictly off-limits? Why is that line drawn there?”

Q2. What is the motivation behind “sharing”? (Psychological aspect)
“Why do you think people feel the urge to share their work environment or daily routine on SNS? Is it for professional networking, personal branding, or simply a desire for connection? Do you share these moments yourself?”

Q3. How should companies handle this in the age of “transparency”? (Corporate responsibility)
“In the era of smartphones and real-time platforms like BeReal, is it realistic for companies to ban all workplace photography? Should companies focus more on strict ‘No-SNS’ policies, or trust employee judgment and focus on ‘social media literacy training’ instead?”

Q4. Conclusion: Designing a Practical Code of Conduct (Actionable Outcome)
“If your company were to hold a meeting to establish a ‘Social Media Code of Conduct’ for the office, what is the single most important rule you would propose to ensure both freedom of expression and company security?
