This book, written by Koudai Ando, the president of Shikigaku Co., Ltd., has become a bestseller.

In summary, the book emphasizes the importance of acquiring “five key mindsets to succeed as a leader”.

As long as you belong to a company organization, you are likely to be part of a department and work with boss, supervisors, subordinates, juniors, and seniors. For E’s members, sooner or later, you will take on a leadership role, I believe. So, I would like you to discuss what makes a good leader in this session.

The Five Mindsets as follows:

<Rule Mindset>

It is important to create clear rules and ensure they are followed. Without rules, suspicion and strained relationships can arise within the organization.

<Position Mindset>

Leaders need to look ahead from a high position and indicate the direction of the organization. It is crucial to clarify the leader’s position and the responsibility involved.

<Benefit Mindset>

Leaders and subordinates should build a relationship where benefits are shared. Evaluation should be based on results rather than processes, providing opportunities for subordinates to grow.

<Result Mindset>

Emphasize results rather than process and set clear evaluation criteria. This encourages the independence and growth of members.

<Growth Mindset>

Create an environment where members can grow, and leaders themselves must continue their own self-growth.

Do you respect your boss? If you don’t have a supervisor, it’s okay to refer to president or executives. Please explain why you do/do not respect them.

Are there any clear-cut rules in your workplace or team when it comes to work? Do these rules have a positive or negative impact? Share specific examples with the members.

What should a leader do to encourage the growth of their members?

What should a leader do to achieve a target or bring a success as a team? Please narrow down your answer to three key points when you share the question’s answer after the discussion.

The summary speech should be up to around 90 seconds.

*Here, a leader is defined as the head of a group leading around 5-10 people, such as a section manager or department manager.

<Reference>

【要約】5分で読める『リーダーの仮面』まとめ 識学に基づく最高の組織マネジメント – マーケティング図書館

:::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::
私たちと一緒に英語コミュニケーション能力を鍛えませんか？
ご興味を持たれた方は、
入会申込フォーム
https://english-speaking-club.com/cms/?page_id=93
よりお申し込みください。お待ちしています。
:::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::

≪FIRST HALF≫ 35,000 times “Life is a series of choices”, which is one of the adages by William Shakespear […]

[5

post-3411","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","hentry","category-5
["GET
