<FIRST HALF>

Three persons who sit on the front side are going to be in the affirmative stance (肯定側) and back side to be in the negative stance (否定側).

1.Introduce yourself (5 min.)

2.Choose a theme from the list below by majority vote (3 min.)

3.Preparation time (10 min.)

Make a strategy in each stance group.

Ex) Create a constructive speech, prepare evidences and questions etc.

4.Start the debate according to the following procedure (20 min.)

1) Affirmative Constructive Speech (肯定側の主張)

2) Cross examination (否定側からの質問)

3) Negative Constructive Speech(否定側からの主張)

4) Cross examination (肯定側からの質問)

5) Negative Rebuttal Speech (否定側反論)

6) Affirmative Rebuttal Speech (肯定側反論)
